Job Description
Dishwashers
Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keep dish and kitchen areas clean and organized
Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
Assist kitchen staff as needed
Prep Cooks
Assist with basic food preparation
Cut, portion, and prepare ingredients
Keep food preparation areas clean and organized
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Help kitchen staff during busy game-day service
Requirements
Must have a clean background
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be dependable and ready to work
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be available for scheduled OU football games
