Job Description
Manufacturing roof and floor trusses
Build trusses according to specifications and blueprints
Ensure quality control and accuracy of all truss builds
Be able to read blue prints and a tape measure
Maintain safety standards and enforce PPE requirements
Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Good communication skills and a team player
Strong work ethics and attention to detail
Able to lift 50lbs
Ability to bend, stoop, twist and lift
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Enjoys the construction trade and work outside
keeps work area clean and organized
