Job Description
Job Summary:
General Laborers perform a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, including construction, warehouse work, maintenance, or event support. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites or work areas
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Assist skilled trades workers when needed
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
Report any hazards, damages, or safety concerns promptly
Complete tasks efficiently and meet productivity expectations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous labor, construction, warehouse, or similar experience is a plus
Perform physically demanding work
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Indoor and/or outdoor work settings
