Flagger – Traffic Control (Daily Pay | $13–$15/hr)
Location: Myrtle Beach SC
Pay: $13–$15 per hour (paid daily)
Certification: Free traffic–control certification provided if not already certified
Position Overview
We are looking for dependable Flaggers to assist with traffic control on construction and roadwork sites. This role involves directing vehicles, maintaining a safe work zone, and supporting crews throughout the shift. No certification? No problem — we certify you for free.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and control the flow of traffic around construction or utility work zones
Communicate clearly with other flaggers and site supervisors
Set up cones, signs, and barricades to maintain a safe work area
Monitor traffic and adjust signals or directions as needed
Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure worker and driver safety
Follow all safety rules, regulations, and instructions from supervisors
Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather
Reliable and punctual
Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and crew members
Must be able to lift 25–40 lbs when setting up equipment
Having a personal vehicle is very helpful for getting to job sites
Must be willing to complete free traffic–control certification if not already certified
Preferred Qualifications
Previous flagging or construction experience
Valid traffic–control certification (not required — we provide it)
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings
