HireQuest has partnered with a valued client in Mora to hire Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
Shift Availability:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Summary
This role requires strong operating and communication skills, with the ability to perform various manufacturing operations, primarily press operation and related duties.

Follow all departmental work instructions, company policies, procedures, and ISO standards
Demonstrate excellent communication and ask for guidance when needed
Apply basic problem-solving skills related to production, safety, and teamwork
Maintain safe work practices and comply with all safety regulations
Maintain excellent attendance
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
Meet or exceed production standards while maintaining high quality
Position Responsibilities
Operate molding machines and structural foam machines (part retrieval)
Handle, package, and contain non-conforming products
Perform secondary operations such as:
Inserting, drilling, milling, trimming
Heat staking, tapping, assembling, wrapping, strapping
In-mold decorating, insert molding, and fixturing
Complete all additional duties as assigned
Essential Requirements
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs to shoulder height on a consistent basis
Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, and stoop regularly
Ability to grip and hold parts for quality inspection
Comfortable using hand tools
Ability to stand for extended periods
