Job Description
Job Summary:
Seeking dependable Assembly Operators to support manufacturing operations. This role includes assembling parts, operating basic equipment, inspecting product quality, and packaging finished goods while following safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Assemble parts following job instructions
Inspect products to ensure quality standards
Perform secondary operations such as sanding, drilling, masking, and inserting
Operate hand tools and assist on assembly and paint lines
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Report defects, issues, or equipment concerns
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic math, computer, and reading skills
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods
