Operations Manager

Job Summary
This role is about more than running day-to-day operations—you’ll play a key role in building a scalable, high-performing business with growth in mind.
Key focus areas include:
Leading a team that exceeds expectations while holding individuals accountable
Owning and understanding financial performance (food cost, labor, profit, expenses)
Creating systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and execution
Driving urgency, accountability, and operational excellence daily
Making decisions with an ownership mindset

Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to develop a scalable business model for future growth
Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional guest experiences
Train, mentor, and empower team leaders to take ownership of their areas
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team
Drive key performance metrics including labor, cost of goods, sales, and profitability
Build and refine systems that enhance consistency and operational flow
Establish and enforce high standards for service, food quality, and execution
Identify challenges quickly and implement effective solutions
Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience in operations
Multi-unit or high-volume experience preferred
Strong understanding of P&L management, labor control, and cost optimization
Proven ability to build teams and hold leaders accountable
Clear, direct communicator with a strong sense of urgency and consistency
Ownership mindset with strong decision-making skills
ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Must be located near Minot (in-person role)
Pay & Benefits
Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
