Job Description
We are hiring motivated individuals to join our manufacturing and production teams. These roles are perfect for people who take pride in producing high-quality products, following safety standards, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment
Follow processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Document production, maintenance, or quality assurance activities accurately
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily goals
Uphold a quality-conscious and food-safe culture
Contribute to a positive, safe, and productive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma/GED required; technical or associate’s degree preferred for some roles
Experience in manufacturing, production, equipment operation, or quality assurance preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Physically able to perform duties in a manufacturing environment (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing stairs/ladders, working in hot/cold or dusty conditions)
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting
