Job Description
HireQuest Bloomington is hiring Warehouse / Merchandiser employees for a local beverage company that transports alcoholic beverages to various locations throughout the day.
Position Requirements
•Must have a reliable, running vehicle and be able to drive to different locations throughout the workday.
•Must have a clean driving record.
•A criminal background check will be conducted.
•A 10-panel drug test, including THC, is required.
•A telephone interview is required prior to placement.
Schedule
•Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM 30-minute unpaid lunch
This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, comfortable driving between locations, and looking for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
Interested applicants should be prepared to complete a telephone interview.
•Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts:
oStocking and rotating shelves
oBuilding displays
oPOS material management
oStore resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
•Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to
oIdentify brand/category opportunities
oIdentify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
oCommunicate out of stock or new item opportunities
•Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
•Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
•Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
•Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach.
•Frequently climb up and down a ladder.
•Regularly lift 45-65 lbs.
•While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
