Demolition Laborer
Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Promptly remove sizable debris from work areas and transfer it to designated waste bins.
Maintain clean, hazard-free, and accessible work zones by regularly sweeping and clearing demolition waste.
Support the Site Foreman and Demolition Technicians with assigned site duties.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment and tools following completion of tasks.
Build technical expertise by observing and shadowing senior technicians and supervisors.
Professional Expectations & Safety Compliance
Uphold a respectful, constructive attitude and treat colleagues professionally.
Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations alongside all internal company guidelines.
Engage actively in continuous equipment and safety training programs to maintain full compliance.
Gain complete proficiency in standard handling protocols for all job site supplies and materials.
Follow detailed directions accurately and maintain focus while carrying out assigned work.
Commute & Accessibility: The majority of project sites are reachable via public transit, and our Mesa office is a short walk from the Valley Metro Light Rail..
Maintain a professional, positive demeanor and treat all team members with respect.
Comply with all OSHA safety standards and internal company policies.
Participate in ongoing safety and equipment training to ensure compliance.
Master proper handling procedures for all project materials and supplies.
Execute complex instructions reliably while remaining focused on assignments.
