Event Staff

Job Summary:
Event Staff support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events while ensuring a positive experience for guests. This role also includes working concession stands, handling food and beverage service, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, and equipment
Greet and direct guests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information and assistance to attendees as needed
Operate concession stands, including preparing and serving food and beverages
Handle cash and process transactions accurately using POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, including food safety compliance
Restock concession supplies and inventory as needed
Monitor event areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
Support vendors, performers, and event coordinators
Handle ticketing, registration, or check-in processes if required
Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues
Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
