Job Description
Job Duties – Sweeping & General Cleanup
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Duties include:
• Sweeping floors, walkways, work areas, and designated jobsite spaces
• Collecting and removing dirt, dust, trash, and loose debris
• Emptying trash containers and disposing of waste in designated areas
• Keeping entrances, exits, aisles, and walking paths clear
• Performing light general cleanup as directed by the supervisor
• Moving lightweight materials or debris when necessary
• Following all jobsite safety rules and wearing required PPE
• Maintaining a steady work pace and staying productive throughout the entire shift
• Reporting unsafe conditions, spills, or hazards to the supervisor
• Assisting with other basic general labor/housekeeping duties as assigned
