Job Description
- Create efficiency and ensure that quotas are met
- Act as the point of contact between the business owners and shop staff
- Monitor Staff Productivity and Time Management
- Trouble shoot any issues that may arise
- Schedule maintenance and maintain calendar so equipment is ready when needed
- Research parts and find the best quotes for purchasing
- Must comprehend office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Truck repair experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communication skills
