General Laborer – Construction Site Cleanup
Location: Dallas, TX

We are looking for dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with cleanup and general labor duties at an active construction site. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general construction site cleanup
Remove trash, debris, and excess materials from work areas
Sweep and maintain walkways and work areas
Assist with organizing materials and keeping the job site orderly
Use basic tools such as brooms and shovels
Assist construction crews with general labor duties as needed
Follow all site safety rules and instructions from supervisors
Help maintain a safe working environment throughout the shift
Requirements
Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow directions
Comfortable performing physical labor
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
Previous construction or cleanup experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
