Job Title: General Laborer – Construction Support
Location: Richmond

Pay: 14/hour – Paid Daily
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend work available
Job Overview:
HireQuest Direct is hiring General Laborers to support a variety of construction-related tasks. Work includes site cleanup, debris removal, and assisting with various construction projects. Whether you’re looking for temporary work or a long-term opportunity, we have positions available and can get you started same day.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain construction sites
Remove debris and assist with material handling
Hand tools to skilled workers and follow instructions
Support various construction tasks as needed
Maintain safety standards and wear proper PPE
Requirements:
Must bring 2 forms of ID to apply
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Physical stamina to lift and move materials
Construction experience is a plus, but not required
