Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dependable kitchen professionals to work in a fast–paced, high–volume kitchen environment. Ideal candidates must be able to work efficiently under pressure, have open availability, and maintain reliable transportation. This role requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and prior kitchen experience.
Responsibilities
Work efficiently in a high–volume kitchen setting
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating as assigned
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and leadership
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak service times
Maintain a professional attitude in a fast–paced environment
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience (high–volume preferred)
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong time–management and teamwork skills
Dependable, punctual, and detail–oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, or commercial kitchens
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast–paced environment
