Job Description
HireQuest Direct is seeking dependable General Laborers to support a well-known electrical contractor on data center projects. This role involves assisting electricians by organizing materials, maintaining clean and safe work areas, stocking electrical closets, moving equipment, pulling cable under supervision, and performing other general labor duties as assigned. Permanent hire with the company after 480 hours of work experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist electricians with daily tasks on active data center projects
Organize and stock electrical closets with tools and materials
Move, load, and unload materials and equipment
Pull cable and assist with installation under supervision
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
Follow all site safety rules and PPE requirements
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
Construction or electrical helper experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Drug test and no felony convictions
