Job Description
Industrial Painter
We’re looking for an Industrial Painter to support our production team. In this role, you’ll apply coatings and finishes to manufactured parts and equipment using spray painting systems and related tools while following work instructions and quality standards
Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and masking as needed
• Apply paint and coatings using spray guns and related spray equipment
• Operate sanding equipment and other hand/power tools as required
• Follow work instructions, build specifications, and customer requirements
• Inspect finished work to ensure proper coverage, finish, and quality standards
• Maintain paint equipment and keep work area clean and organized
Requirements:
• Ability to safely operate spray paint equipment, sanding tools, and related power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality finish standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Prior painting or manufacturing experience preferred
Qualifications:
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED or acceptable combination of education and experience
•1+ Year industrial painting or related manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to learn and follow established processes and procedures
• Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic
$20.50/hour to start, with opportunity for higher pay based on experience
