Job Description
Repairs may involve one or more of the following:
· Pallet Top Repair
· Corner Post Repair
· Base Pallet Repair
· Combination Repairs (multiple repairs on the same pallet)
Initial Inspection
· Determine which repair type is needed before beginning work.
· Verify all damage and identify required corrective actions.
Key Quality Expectations
· Verify repair type before beginning work.
· Use team lifts whenever required.
· Maintain proper panel alignment during stacking.
· Ensure all straps are properly installed and tensioned.
· Transfer pallet labels to replacement components when required.
· Notify a supervisor immediately of any damaged panels or safety concerns.
