Skilled General Construction Worker
We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Construction Worker with hands-on experience in construction and the ability to perform a variety of job-site tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, works safely, and can step into different responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform general construction and job-site labor duties
Assist with site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and material handling
Use common hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assist with framing, concrete, foundation, and other construction activities
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
Follow instructions, plans, and job-site safety procedures
Operate basic construction equipment as qualified
Work alongside skilled tradespeople and other construction workers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
Previous construction experience required
Strong hands-on construction skills
Experience using hand and power tools
Knowledge of general construction practices and job-site safety
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Able to work in a physically demanding construction environment
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
OSHA or other construction certifications are a plus
