Foundation Construction Worker

We are seeking skilled and dependable construction workers with experience in foundation work to join a growing team. This position involves working on residential and commercial foundation projects, including site preparation, concrete work, forming, and general construction duties.

Responsibilities
* Assist with foundation installation and repair projects
* Set and strip concrete forms
* Place and finish concrete
* Perform excavation support and site preparation tasks
* Read and follow project plans and measurements
* Operate hand and power tools safely
* Assist with material handling and jobsite organization
* Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
* Previous foundation, concrete, construction, or related experience required
* Experience with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete preferred
* Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
* Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
* Ability to follow directions and complete tasks safely and efficiently
Physical Requirements
* Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and climbing
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
