We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Flooring Installers. This hands-on position involves installing a variety of flooring products in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities
* Install carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, and other flooring materials
* Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors for installation
* Measure, cut, fit, and install flooring to project specifications
* Load, unload, and transport flooring materials and tools
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
* Work efficiently while delivering quality workmanship
* Follow installation guidelines and safety procedures
Qualifications
* Previous flooring, construction, remodeling, carpentry, or similar hands-on experience preferred
* Experience using hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
* Dependable with reliable attendance
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
* Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting
* Ability to lift and carry flooring materials and equipment throughout the day
* Comfortable working in residential homes, commercial buildings, and active construction environments
