HireQuest Direct is hiring dependable, safety-focused individuals for Flagger / Traffic Control positions. If you can stay alert, communicate clearly, and work in changing outdoor conditions, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Direct traffic safely through construction and work zones
Use stop/slow paddles, signs, cones, and barricades
Communicate with crew members and drivers
Maintain safe traffic flow around active job sites
Follow all safety procedures and site instructions
Stay aware of surroundings and changing traffic conditions
What We’re Looking For
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors
Good communication and awareness
Safety-minded attitude
Construction or flagging experience is helpful, but not always required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Work Environment
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Fast-paced construction and roadwork environments
Local projects with potential overtime opportunities
