English speaker, Lift 50 lbs
Job duties
**This is a custodian role that will also require you to drive a company issued vehicle around the lots while performing the clean up duties**
5 day work week Monday – Friday
75% outdoor work
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Clean and pick up trash from property parking lots.
Empty trash cans
Clean and Mop restrooms and break room area’s on the property
Will be driving company issued vehicle around the property parking lots to do trash pickup and removal.
Any other custodial tasks assigned by onsite manager
**Must have valid drivers license to work this role**
