Inventory Associate
Location: East Grand Forks, MN
Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Overtime: Available as needed
HireQuest is looking for an Inventory Associate to join a local East Grand Forks team. This position is a great fit for someone with experience in inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling who is comfortable working with both physical inventory and computer systems.
Responsibilities
* Track incoming and outgoing inventory
* Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts
* Maintain accurate inventory records
* Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment
* Inspect incoming materials and products
* Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse
* Enter and update inventory information using computer systems
* Use Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
* Communicate with team members, vendors, and other departments regarding inventory needs
Qualifications
* Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred
* Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel
* Strong attention to accuracy when working with numbers and inventory
* Good communication and organizational skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Supply chain, logistics, or related education is a plus
* Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and being on your feet throughout the workday
This is a hands-on position combining warehouse work, inventory management, and computer-based record keeping.
