Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Site Cleanup & Maintenance Laborer to assist with site cleanup, maintenance, hydro vac operations, and general shop duties. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys physical work, working with equipment, and helping keep job sites and shop areas safe, clean, and organized.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleanup and housekeeping at job sites
Assist with hydro vac operations and related equipment
Help with routine equipment and facility maintenance
Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
Assist operators and maintenance personnel as needed
Clean and maintain shop areas, tools, and equipment
Remove debris, dirt, and waste from work areas
Perform basic labor and material-handling tasks
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous construction, industrial, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
Experience with hydro vac equipment is a plus
Comfortable performing physically demanding work
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to follow directions and work safely around heavy equipment
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
