Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
Inspect building systems and address issues proactively
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
Maintain grounds and common areas in clean, safe condition
Follow safety procedures and building codes
The right candidates will be able work independently and have a basic level of knowledge in HVAC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL and CARPENTRY.
-Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
-Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
-Must have a valid Driver’s License.
