Job Description
HireQuest is seeking 2 Semi-Skilled Refrigeration Helpers to assist skilled technicians with the installation of refrigeration piping. This position is ideal for individuals with construction, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical experience who are comfortable working with tools and supporting a skilled crew. The role includes assisting the skilled workers by transporting materials, preparing work areas, and providing hands-on support throughout the installation process.
Job Duties
Assist skilled technicians with refrigeration piping installation
Transport tools, materials, and supplies throughout the jobsite
Help measure, cut, and stage materials as directed
Load and unload equipment and materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors
Observe and follow all jobsite safety requirements
Requirements
Previous construction, warehouse, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing experience preferred
Ability to safely use basic hand tools
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team
Schedule
Monday start
7:00 AM
Full-time hours available
PPE Required

All required PPE must be worn on site
