General Laborer – Construction Site Cleanup
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Temporary / Full-Time Opportunities
We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with cleanup at an active construction site. This position is responsible for helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting the construction crew with general labor duties.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general construction site cleanup
Pick up and remove trash, debris, and construction materials
Sweep and maintain work areas and walkways
Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards
Assist with moving and organizing materials as needed
Use basic tools such as brooms and shovels
Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
Follow all site safety rules and procedures
Requirements
Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow directions
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Previous construction or cleanup experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Ability to perform repetitive cleanup and physical labor
