Accurately measure and combine ingredients according to established recipes to produce high-quality baked goods.
Develop and experiment with new recipes and flavor combinations, bringing innovative ideas to our product line.
Monitor the baking process to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance, making adjustments as necessary.
Prepare and decorate a variety of confections
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards in food preparation.
Work collaboratively with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive work environment.
