Job Description
Debris Monitor
HireQuest is currently hiring Debris Monitors for disaster recovery and cleanup operations. This position requires individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work extended hours in outdoor environments.
Job Responsibilities:
Follow debris removal trucks throughout assigned routes
Monitor and document debris loads for accuracy and compliance
Record load information and complete required reports
Observe and report any safety concerns or operational issues
Work closely with debris removal crews and project supervisors
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable personal vehicle required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently
Schedule:
Up to 12-hour shifts
Overtime is mandatory
Must be available to work 7 days per week as needed throughout the project
Dress Code:
Closed-toe shoes required
Long pants required
Additional PPE may be required based on job site conditions
