Job Description
Responsibilities
Fill, seal, and palletize 20 kg bags of powdered product
Monitor bagging and sealing equipment to maintain quality and prevent contamination
Conduct inspections of sifters, metal detectors, and magnets to ensure product integrity
Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace in accordance with food safety standards
Accurately weigh and record product quantities
Support continuous production flow by communicating with other operators and addressing minor issues as they arise
Requirements
Prior production, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred (training provided)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for up to 12 hours per shift
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Team-oriented with a focus on safety and quality

Work Environment
This position involves working around running machinery in a moderately noisy production area. Repetitive lifting, bending, and movement are part of the role, and safety gear is provided and required.
