Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and sanitation procedures aligned with industry standards and safety regulations
Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety practices, and customer service excellence
Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, hygiene standards, and adherence to sanitation policies
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and equipment to optimize resources
Enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment for all staff members
Oversee industrial cleaning projects when necessary, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with environmental standards
Foster a team-oriented atmosphere through effective communication, leadership, and motivation strategies
Address guest concerns promptly with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our commitment to hospitality
