Job Description
-Clean heard-to-reach & often-overlooked area (baseboards, vents, behind appliances, grout, ect)
-Follow detailed cleaning checklists & client-specific intructions
-Wiping down furniture, mirrors & other surfaces
-Maintaining the cleanliness of assigned building, routine custodial duties to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming & cleaning. Sanitize & supply restroom facilities
-Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working enviroment
-Duties to be carried out in a timely, efficient & effective manner
-Ensure assigned areas are maintianed at the hightest possible standards
-Performs other related duties as requested & assigned
-Must be able to work alone or as a team
-Reporting any necessary replairs or replacements
