Certified Traffic Flagger
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Certified Traffic Flaggers to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain safe traffic flow through construction and work zones while protecting workers, motorists, and pedestrians.
Responsibilities:
Direct traffic using approved flagging procedures and traffic control standards
Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, including signs, cones, barricades, and warning devices
Communicate effectively with crew members, motorists, and pedestrians to ensure a safe work environment
Follow all job site safety policies, traffic control plans, and company procedures
Monitor traffic conditions and report any safety concerns to supervisors
Maintain a professional and attentive presence at all times while on duty
Requirements:
Current and valid ATSSA Flagger Certification (required)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to stand for extended periods and remain alert throughout the shift
Strong communication skills and commitment to workplace safety
Construction or traffic control experience preferred but not required
