MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PREP COOK AND OR LINE COOK THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
handles basic tasks like chopping vegetables, portioning meats, making sauces and prepping ingredients
follows recipes and instructions closely
keeps the kitchen stocked and organized
Prep Cook = gets everything ready
Line Cook = turns that prep into finished meals during service
