Job Title: Warehouse Rack Installation & Planogram Technician
Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Work
We are currently seeking reliable and physically capable individuals to assist with the installation, modification, and removal of warehouse racking systems ranging from 12’ to 16’ in height. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist lead installer with building, modifying, and removing warehouse racking structures (12’–16’ high)
Support layout execution and planogram installation according to project specifications
Load, unload, and stage materials for installation work
Use hand tools and basic equipment to assemble and secure racking systems
Follow directions from lead technician and site supervisor
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project
Perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the shift
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move 50–80 lbs consistently throughout the day
Comfortable working at elevated heights and climbing 8”–10” movable work stairs
Prior planogram experience required (retail or warehouse layout experience preferred)
Ability to use basic hand tools and follow installation instructions
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
Tools Preferred (Not Required):
Basic hand tools
Tape measure
Rubber mallet
Physical Requirements:
Standing, climbing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Working in warehouse or industrial environments
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
