Journeyman Electricians – San Marcos & West Austin, TX
HireQuest Direct is hiring 20–30 State Licensed Journeyman Electricians for long-term commercial construction projects in the San Marcos and West Austin areas!
We are looking for experienced electricians who are ready for steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities for overtime.
Position Details
Pay: $34–$36 per hour, depending on experience
Same-Day Pay Available
Project Duration: 3+ months
Overtime Opportunities

Job Responsibilities
Perform commercial electrical installations and construction-related electrical work
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Complete electrical work safely and in accordance with applicable codes
Work independently and as part of a construction team
Requirements
Current State Journeyman Electrician License
Clean background required
Reliable transportation to the job site
Authorized to work in the United States
Must provide two forms of valid identification
Ability to work safely and efficiently in an active construction environment
Commercial construction experience preferred
