General Laborer – Construction Site Cleanup

Temporary and Long-Term Opportunities Available
We are currently hiring dependable General Laborers for construction site cleanup projects throughout the Austin area. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, following safety procedures, and assisting with maintaining a clean and organized job site.
Job Responsibilities:
General construction site cleanup and debris removal
Sweeping work areas, walkways, and common areas using a broom
Collecting and disposing of trash and construction materials in designated containers
Assisting skilled tradesmen as needed
Moving and organizing materials, tools, and equipment around the job site
Keeping work areas free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment
Loading and unloading materials when required
Following all site safety rules and procedures
Requirements:
Must wear jeans or work pants (no rips, tears, or holes)
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Steel Toe Boots
Hard Hat
Safety Vest
Work Gloves
Safety Glasses
Broom for cleanup duties

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Punctual and dependable attendance
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Previous construction or general labor experience is helpful but not required
Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
