General Laborer

Hire Quest Direct is currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in being reliable, and are looking for steady employment with opportunities to grow.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with general labor tasks on construction, industrial, and warehouse job sites
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Follow directions from supervisors and site managers
Perform lifting, carrying, moving, and organizing materials as needed
Assist skilled trades workers when required
Follow all company and job site safety procedures
Qualifications
Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Must be authorized to work in the United States
